After five weeks, Casen's umbilical cord FINALLY came off and we were able to give him a proper bath. I don't know why my kids like to hang onto their cords for so long, but I was jumping for joy when it finally broke free today. He has crazy eyes in all of the pictures that I took, but I assure you that he loved his first bathing experience. I'm so glad that this can now become part of our bedtime routine, it really makes a difference in my opinion.
