Ever since we moved to Las Vegas John has been asking me to go to a buffet with him. I'm not a huge buffet fan (which is why we haven't been yet) but he had the day off of school for Veteran's Day and our friends invited us to meet them at the Rio for their BOGO buffet promotion so I finally obliged! We decided it wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable with Bentley so we dropped him off at the in-laws (definitely a good move) and met up with the Winwards and Kinghorns.
The Rio's buffet is supposedly the best buffet in Vegas and let me just tell you, the options were endless!! There were SO many choices and my plate(s) of food were completely random because I just wanted to try as many different things as possible. My favorite was the fried shrimp and Hawaiian coconut gelato. If you know anything about John, you can probably guess that his favorite was the dessert selection. Below is a picture of John's second plate of desserts...yikes! We had fun and were glad to check another "Must See/Do" Las Vegas attraction off of our list before we move.
